“We arrived late to check in, but unfortunately we did not receive any email regarding our assigned room. As a result, we experienced delays getting into our room. Additionally, we currently need to request assistance from the security guard every time we need to use the elevator, which has been inconvenient. ”

“It was very close to a lot of things like SM Aura, the unit is clean and the host was very helpful and communicated instantly. The unit has the necessary amenities although didn’t check out the pool nor the gym. Not the unit’s fault- but at one point only one elevator was working and the hallways were very warm. Thank you for the hospitality!”
