“Hello - we enjoyed our hotel stay and would stay again. However, one thing we noticed was that our room had a very oddly situated bathroom - right at the foot of the beds. Therefore, there was no privacy to use the bathroom. Additionally, the light which I am guessing acted as an exhaust fan as well (?) was extremely loud and was a shade of orange. Again very old fashioned and perhaps on a list for renovations? We stayed on the 6th floor. The most uncomfortable problem were your elevators. That……

“The older woman working the front desk Sunday night 4/26/2026 was a bit rude. She got a call about a noise complaint regarding different people while getting us a key to our room. Then proceeded to lecture us about how we needed to keep the noise level down.”

“Stayed at Holiday Inn Tampa Westshore and unfortunately had a pretty disappointing experience. The room felt much more dated than what was shown in the photos. The biggest issue was that we had no hot water for our entire 3-day stay. Maintenance came by but didn’t actually fix anything, so the problem was never resolved. On top of that, the stay was extremely overpriced-we paid close to $300 a night, which definitely did not match the quality or experience. Overall, not the level of comfort or……

“Everything was great and staff are wonderful. Very lively and entertaining. I only have one frustrating issue. We stayed in a studio on 15th floor and the nightstand has outlets and charger ports built in and no other outlets on that side of room. Well it’s so old that it doesn’t hold charger boxes and usb doesn’t work. I recommend bringing tape to hold it in. I wedged something underneath to hold the plug in. All night I heard the stupid chimes of charging and not charging. One mornings my……
