「Had a cancellation with our flight due to weather conditions. And Expedia was giving me a hard time changing the dates to our hotel stay. And the director of the hotel helped me change the dates He spent 30 minutes on the phone with Expedia. I really appreciated that. I recommend that they shampoo the carpets in the halls. Other than that the room was very clean. Staff was nice and Penrose diner is right across the street. 」

「Staff were friendly, pools were nice, onsite dining was convenient. Room was clean but old. My sink wouldn’t drain, the faucet was leaking, and the toilet wouldn’t flush, even after maintenance was asked to fix it. Parking was pretty tight but spaces were available very far away from the door. Overall worked for our needs and I’d stay again. 」

「The property is safely tucked away and is very close to restaurants and the third-largest mall in the United States. Accessibility is extremely easy and the customer service at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. Definitely will plan on staying here when visiting in the future.」
