“They call themselves pet-friendly, but actually mean dog-friendly. We got to town in the middle of the night having already paid for my room and were turned away because one of my emotional support animals is a cat instead of a dog. Hotels need to stop claiming to be pet friendly when they only allow dogs. They are not even ESA-friendly - how do they call themselves pet-friendly??
The lady just stood there and said they have a strict no cat policy. She didn't offer to help us find another place……

“Eat at the restaurant at the hotel. It was the best. I’ll never have better north woods biscuits and gravy. Chicken tenders, burgers, fries, ribs, chicken parm were also all so good. It was great.”
