“To start, most travelers arrive with luggage, bags, and personal belongings. After a four-hour drive, having to carry everything up three flights of stairs because the elevator was out of service was extremely frustrating and exhausting.
Unfortunately, that was only the beginning. During our stay, we also experienced ongoing issues connecting to the hotel’s WiFi. Multiple devices were unable to connect reliably, making it difficult to stay connected, access information, and use our electronics……
