「Clean room, nice staff, great location downtown for us. Walking distance to the Book Loft and German village. You unforrunately hear sirens and loud vehicles during the night. We were on the 6th floor we ate breakfast at the restaurant and it was good and reasonably priced. Free coffee is offered in the lobby but no flavored creamers.」

「Hotel has seen better days, heading towards shabby. Only one elevater worked, ice machines didn't work except on a couple of floors (out of 20), air conditioning couldn't keep up (outside temperature was in the 90's, inside temp didn't get below 78).
And to top it all off we were beside a room with 9 kids in the 3-6 year old range that yelled and cried until well after midnight. We complained at the desk and were told that $100 would be taken off our bill and would show up on our credit card the...
