「I have never stayed in such a bad five-star hotel. I searched for five-star hotels in Detroit on Google Maps and found only this one, so I booked this hotel. However, after checking in, I found that this hotel is not worthy of its reputation at all!」

「Service from hotel front desk was excellent. Service at the restaurant was acceptable but could have been better. Also, for one of the nicest suites on the property I hoped for better amenities such as maybe facial wipes or liquid soap rather than the standard bar soaps. We couldn’t even use the shower gel in the soaking tub since it was mounted tightly to the wall in the shower. We wish the kitchen would have included a microwave and silverware. And there were fruit flies in the kitchen. But...

「We knew the general area when we booked but it was better than we thought! Parking garage was so close to the front door that we could leave our bikes right on the bike rack at the car and grab them when we wanted to use them. The building has 2 elevators and only about 30 units so there was literally no waiting to get to the 7th floor, or back down again. The conveniences are almost too many to list. Restaurants everywhere in the area with regular American food or every type of ethnic food you...
