"Great location, next to the CIQ / Train Station. Convenient and located next to malls. However hard to get Private Hired Cars (Grab), and have to book at the Komtar JBCC. Great room with a view with the seaview."

This was not a problem for me but as a new visitor to Malayasia i would have liked to explore more in the linited time i had at the hotel. "

"This is not a hotel. Is a apt building and turn on to a hotel. I dont why a recognize brand hotel will do this type of agreement. No valet and room service is from third party."

"Good location next to KSL. Room is dated. Floor lamp stand is almost fractured, held up with duct tape. Bed is clean but unsure about the sofa and cushions. All canned drinks and snack (1 x KitKat) in fridge is free. Nice touch. "
