"The pool was dirty and a bunch of unsupervised children making pool dangerous. Staff was nice but hard to find"

"Location was excellent close to many shopping and dining options. When I arrived, the check in process was slow, elevators to the rooms were taking very long. "

"We enjoyed the comfortable hotel room and very nice staff. One main thing we were looking for was an onsite restaurant/bar, and that didn’t pan out. There was no restaurant, and the bar served drinks in the lobby. Nice, but not much seating and very noisy. (This may have been impacted by rain since the outdoor seating area wasn’t available.)"

"Very spacious, very clean and very quiet spot. Granville is a lovely college town and the main square was walkable with lots of dining and shopping options. The only negative was the internet was spotty, but it was a minor inconvenience."
