「酒店整體服務十分好，員工誠信特別高，我忘記帶腰帶銀包外出，內有現金英磅和歐元，回來還是原封不動，十分感謝29/10早上打理房間的員工。 只是整座大廈有點舊，升降機需要更新或維修，因為七個朋友包括我一起被困半小時😂」

「The hotel is a former 18th century villa set in the Berico hills just a short distance from Vicenza. It is beautifully maintained by a staff that could not be more attentive. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. We especially enjoyed cocktails on the patio overlooking the lawn and hills in the fistance.」

「Nice hotel with modern facilities and efficient staff. Far from town center. No hotel on the property and only one in the vicinity requires the crossing of a busy highway. 」

「Location is good. It's close to Vicenza train station ( within 10 min walking time ). It's also near the Vicenza old town. The hotel is just recently renewed. Though the room is compact, it's comfortable enough.」

「Ci hanno dato una camera per persona con problemi motori e questo ha creato qualche difficoltà a persone che non ne hanno e forse sarebbe meglio evitare. Il personale è però gentilissimo ed educatissimo e la colazione da sola varrebbe la pena di scegliere questo albergo. Buonissimo tutto, ma si apprezzano soprattutto l'eccellente bacon, la perfetta cottura delle uova sode e la selezione di formaggi locali, uno più buono dell’altro. Non resta che ringraziare sentitamente」

「Ottima accoglienza all'arrivo nonostante, causa un diversivo improvviso, ci siamo presentati di primo mattino e la receptionist si è subito impegnata a cercare una soluzione offrendoci una proposta con minimo sovraprezzo con un upgrade per l'intero soggiorno ma soprattutto disponibile subito. A seguire tutto bene, dall'abbondante e varia colazione, alla cena curata e ottima. Per quanto riguarda il centro termale interno, tutto bene, curato e ordinato e preciso e con puntuale anche negli orari....
