「Room is bit small and blanket is not comfortable, and in general is acceptable. 」

「Nice experience, the pool was fantastic」

「the buffet breakfast were not tasty. the shower water flew very slowly in the room . the room was old and not clean. the room was noisy at night, one of the reasons was that the fridge in the room was old so it made high noise. The beach and swimming pools were good, the overall interior of the hotel (including the outdoor parts) were good and beautiful. They invited us for a complimentary afternoon tea in their cafe but they only gave us very bad-conditioned and not tasty pastry. 」

「I paid extra for my kid but i didn’t get extra bed (when compared to other hotel i booked). The cup and bottle cap was dirty. The old staff in the bar of lobby was not friendly.」

「Very good」

「Although their email and WhatsApp response was very slow, the experience on the check-in day was quite good.」

「Everything is fine, good location to Sanur port, but breakfast just soso」

「Staff are delightful and the property and gardens are very well maintained and all areas keep exceptionally clean. Our room was comfortable, serviced daily and always supplied with water etc. Breakfast was much the same everyday. Satisfactory but could do with the little more variation. It will be interesting to see how the areas change once the new extension is fully operating. Having the three pools provides options however, there was never an opportunity to utilise the very front beach...
