"Very convenient from the airport for early morning flight"

"We were greeted nicely at the front desk and were very accommodating to any questions we had. Room was amazing and had complimentary drinks and toiletries."

"The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We were easily picked up and dropped off from and to the airport for free. Dinner at the Osteria was superb. One of our favorites in Italy. The breakfast was efficient and quick. The bedroom was just what we needed for our last night in Italy!"

"The hotel is very close to the airport. The hotel has a shuttle (small fee) which starts at 5am which worked out for us with an early scheduled flight. The staff was friendly from the shuttle driver to the front desk staff. The room was clean and the property was nice for a quick stay to unwind before flying out."

"We checked in late after a delayed flight, with a baby and toddler in tow. Staff made sure it was quick and easy and we were in our room within minutes of arrival. Very friendly and pleasant stay. "

"The room was quiet, tidy and fairly clean (the towel had some hair on it but otherwise clean). Breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly. Nice pizza place two minutes walk away"

"Room was big and comfy enough, shower doors didnt exatly keep all the water in but just being picky. I did have my do no disturb on the front door, staying for 3 nights so dont need towles of sheets changing & removed complications if something goes missing, however each day dispite asking personally the room was cleaned each day breakfast was alright with enough choice, friendly staff. shame the pool was outside in the winter and no kettle / coffee in the room, cant understand the 4 star...

"We spent 5 delightful nights at the hotel. It was perfect in every respect. The room was spacious, well designed and had an amazing view of the lake and the town. The hotel is kept meticulously clean. The staff are always on hand to help with anything and nothing is too much. "

"The hotel overall is an amazing property with outstanding views. A very nice front desk guy Cande "Papi" helped me a lot and was very diligent to try to give an excellent service. I had an upgrade do that the AC wasn't working in the room I was assigned to. Breakfast was very good and the Capuchinos were amazing. Bathroom ok, but dirty dirty shower. "

"Rooms are clean and spacious, breakfast complete and the gym has most of the required tools. However, please note that this a premium motel transforming into a hotel so some rooms can be a bit dark, some finishing details are missing etc Overall very good stay if you are in the area and want to avoid the big hotel chains without missing out "
