“The sheets had brown spots on them, there was gum in the carpet (not hard), and someone’s toothbrush was left on the floor of the bathroom. I was totally disgusted by the uncleanliness of the room. I called the front desk and moved rooms around 2-3am. It was a complete inconvenience. They did not do enough to make this incident right either because I booked on Expedia (via 3rd party).”

“Our stay at Hotel ZaZa in Dallas far exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the service throughout our stay was exceptional. We also loved the restaurant. The food and atmosphere were fantastic. The hotel has so much charm and a unique vibe that made our trip even more enjoyable. Its central location was perfect and made it easy to get to everything we wanted to do in Dallas. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to……
