"Very well located hotel. Easy walking to everything. Super convenient to train station. Felt safe with high pedestrian volume and police station across street. Staff very friendly— super nice. Only negative is that room needs more storage for clothes."

"The staff really made the stay. They were so helpful and friendly, offering dining advice, places to visit, etc. Great location, short walk to all the main sites and a short taxi to the train station if you have heavy luggage. Can’t speak highly enough of the hotel. Next stop is the IQ Roma"

"On the hotel details said it was sound proof, not true u can hear everything next door, the bed is extremely hard . Also we were very disappointed that on the picture it showed it has a sauna which is also not true . The staff at check in were very unfriendly ( please consider that ) it makes huge impact on the stay . Other than that it’s beautiful and very convenient, close to all shops . Historical hotel "

"Hotel is in a great location, close to both the train station, tram and Duomo. Hotel room is small but it's not unmanageable especially if you're just using it as a place to sleep. Only issue was with the amount of mosquitoes that were in the room, this meant that I could not keep the window open and spent some time trying to kill them as the noise kept me up at night."
