"Nicest hotel ever"

"The hotel rooms are really nice, the view from the 18th floor is pretty decent with the city lights at night. Valet parking during the stay was about 45 dollars at night come and go as you please. Self parking was around 30 dollars maximum I think, but you gotta pay every time you leave the parking lot, so if you plan to go in and out look into valet. The pool closes at 8 and there is no room service if you get hungry late late at night. The staff are wonderful and friendly. "

"Overall it was a great stay. The front desk especially Angel was excellent. There was one bartender at Angeline’s who was definitely having a bad day. Basically rude. The other bartender was great. Would definitely stay again just avoid that one guy as he by himself brought the rating down from 5 to 4. "

"Very comfortable stay "

"The hotel was very accommodating with early check in as we were there for a concert that started a 5 pm and wanted to get checked in before we went down to the Stadium. At the price for the room we felt like parking should be included but it costs $35 a day! I also booked this stay over 6 months ago and was given a room right next to the elevator and heard those running up and down all night. One would expect that a room at the elevator would be the last rooms used instead of giving it to...

"Our room was clean and across from the elevator which was loud at times. Front desk staff super nice. Coffee bar staff not very attentive. We just walked away after standing there while 2 employees just ignored us. Area is great! Would stay again but ask for room away from elevator."

"I loved the property. The location near the sorrow was perfect. There was a bit of a moldy, musty smell on the common areas and I only noticed it because I'm extremely sensitive to orders that may trigger my asthma. "
