“早餐尚可，其它都不錯。雖然飯店經理很希望我回答"Great!"”

“I moved my room after check-in. Because the room I had originally was next to a hotel ventilation facility which made some low frequency noise. The hotel receptionist was very helpful to change my room.”

“Absence of elevator made luggage carrying difficult! Excellent hotel.”

“Great place for our anniversary weekend getaway! The staff was great. They even surprised us with a bottle of champagne and a card in our room.”

“Cleanliness”

“We enjoyed our one night stay and have no complaints aside from the $15.00 a day parking charge which, in my opinion, is not necessary and the only reason is for more revenue. The parking lot is huge and space is not a problem.”

“Very run down property! Doors getting into lobby didn’t work to start and no signs so people just stuck in rotating door! Under staffed at check in so took over 20 minutes and then our room…the inside door to room was torn up and looked like someone tried to bust through and broke in? A little concerning. Shower drain kept getting clogged up so showered with a few inches of water. It was one night…but would not ever stay there again. Cheaper NEWER hotels nearby. Not up to a “Hilton” standard ,……

“Good place in Charlotte ”

“good”

“Was pleasantly surprised at how spacious and comfortable the room was, and up to date. However, had a few minor housekeeping issues as soon as I checked in. I had to change the towels because they were blood stained, which grossed me out. Then there was hair in the shower and sink. Parking was $10/day plus tax. Overall stay was pleasant minus the poor housekeeping, but the front desk was very accommodating to my concerns.”
