“This hotel service is very poor, I booked a river view room on Expedia, they gave me into the city view room. Then the room air conditioner is broken maintenance staff can not repair, the front desk clerk will not change the room 65 degrees Fahrenheit! Can only give you add blankets. Will not go to the hotel for the second time in my life. And downstairs vallet $40 per night!”

“Don and Daniel and really everyone there made this stay exceptional! Very clean and quiet hotel, close to many attractions, and easy parking. Amazing restaurant downstairs, nice pool, nice gym, nice view, nothing bad to say about this place. Free trolley into downtown located right behind the hotel is also a nice benefit.
