“WOW! First, I have to say our VRBO by another host cancelled 3 hours while we were on our way to Palm Springs, and we were scrambling to find somewhere to stay for 4 days for our daughters cheer competition. When looking for places at that time, this listing popped up and we decided to book it. To be fair, I didnt even look at the pictures, I just saw a place to stay, the right amount of beds and bedrooms and booked it. “I booked a 5 night stay at an avantstay property in Indio CA for ton of money and two days before the trip I came down with covid. They refused any sort of refund or change requests and charged the full amount despite not using the property at all and having SIZABLE "taxes and fees" and "property fees" added to my bill aside from the nightly rate
A very negative, frustrating, and expensive experience. I do not recommend.”
