「Clean room,staff, good balance between historic and modern amenities」

「I did not expect the level of thoughtful details: water at checkin, freshly ground beans coffee machine, a lot of variety in their tea bags, various pillow firmness, plenty of toiletries (Dove), decent breakfast and the sweetest staff.
