“Very beautiful resort. The house we booked is really big and close to the private beach and The Shops (Shopping Plaza). However, the private beach is not very large and because of there are not many restaurants at The Shops, we need to wait for a long time for dinner on Sunday. Overall, this resort is great and the staff also very polite and helpful.”

“I paid for an ocean view room. But it was actually looking over the parking lot. The staff said it was an ocean view if I go out to the balcony during the day I’d see some part of the ocean. That’s just ridiculous. That’s not what you advised as an ocean view room. And they say they weren’t able to move me because they were full. Besides that everything else was absolutely overpriced. I’ve stayed at many sea resorts. Including some other Sheratons. This is by far the worst. And not close to the……

“We totally enjoyed our stay at the Fairway Villas unit N23! It was sparkling clean when we arrived, and had ALL the amenities that were listed in the description (dishwasher, washer and dryer, beach gear (chairs/umbrella, snorkelling gear, boogie boards), and more. There was even a cupboard full of games to play with at night. Indeed, this was truly a "home away from home". Additionally, it was a 10 minutes walk to our favourite coffee shop and grocery store, and a mere 15 minutes walk to……

“The appliances were all in pretty poor condition. The fridge was so wet inside from some sorry of condensation issue that the produce drawer had 2 inches of water in it. The microwave door had to be slammed to close. The ceiling fans have a 1 hope max timer, in an apartment without air conditioning. The floor fan quite working in the middle of the night. Location was good, near shipping and tourist stuff. Apartment was clean. however the worst thing is NO SECURITY ONSITE. A bunch of kids had a……

“Place was great. Gotta search the closets, but there's snorkels and beach chairs and everything you'd want for a nice weekend. No AC. Missed that in the initial description, but if you open everything up while you're there it's pleasant. Both of the TVs were bad when we got there, but we texted the people and both were replaced before we left. Would recommend this property to anyone. Good location. Nice amenities. ”
