「My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Willow Bay. Check in was a breeze and the room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the furniture appeared to be brand new. The view of the Ocean was perfect for hanging out and enjoying a drink. Willow Bay has a great location right on the beach with lots of restaurant options near by. The pool and grounds were beautiful and peaceful. We love coming to Myrtle Beach and we will definitely be coming back to Willow Bay. 」

「The condo was adorable and clean for the most part. The floors need to be cleaned better, they looked clean but weren’t. The pull out couch wasn’t cleaned at all. When we opened it there was little balls of candy that fell on the floor, and it looked like the sheets had not been changed. 」

「Property was nicely updated and had good space. I would’ve given five stars but with my initial check in they didn’t verify me in time so I had to wait to get into my property until customer service resolve the issue. Also, someone from Maintenance tried to enter the apartment while I was getting out the shower. I tried to contact the landing to get more information as to who this was and I still haven’t heard back.」
