「It was a great experience staying in the hotel. Extremely friendly staff always put an extra effort to serve. For sure will stay there again.」

「I had a very disappointing stay at Best Western Hotel Bellevue Au Lac. The room was nothing like the photos on the website — outdated, worn, and clearly misrepresented. The facilities are old and poorly maintained. Even worse, we experienced discrimination from staff at breakfast. We queued before another couple, but the waiter ignored us and then claimed there were no indoor tables, forcing us into a cold, semi-outdoor area. Breakfast was basically self-service (we had to pick up cutlery and...

「We stayed in a junior suite. The whole layout of this suite is strange, just like an old residential bedroom adding with a toilet and living room but doesn’t match the overall style / design at all. The water supply of the basin tub is totally out of control (bathtub was ok) either crazy hot or freezing cold, one way or other!!! The hotel seems to be very “environmental friendly” where the supplies for the bathroom is extremely controlled, for example, only 1 small bottle of liquid soap for a...

「Good location There is no soap or washing machine tablets provided What is the worst is we found multiple cockroaches after a couple of days This place needs a proper pest control」

「Great property, location, and amenities. Great breakfast as well. Enjoyed by both kids and adults.」

「Excellent hospitality and service. Their restaurant is definitely the best in the area of lake Maggiore, Lugano and Como. Outstanding gourmet food coupled with exceptional service. 」
