“There was a majot problem with the air conditioner unit and the owner of the unit tried to make it persay, seem that it was getting fixed but it was just not working after 3 days attemtping to make it happen so i checked out early and paid only amount of my usage and the owner didnt even offer any discount or c9nsideration for the broken a/c unit that made the room super hot. Horrible but instayed at the Sébastien Hotel in Mactan and it was similar price and nice and cool and very secure feeling……

“Cockroaches everywhere...can of bug spray left on top of refrigerator so you can play exterminator...very rusty pipes leaking under sink creating a breeding ground for cockroaches...two toilets with weak flush that clog...air-conditioner in master BR stopped working after 20 minutes...almost all remote controls had dead batteries...peeling wood work...master bed has a slump worn into the spring...too much...avoid until the owner fixes and brings back to code.”

“This place had 100+ problems. Overall a wore out broke down condo. It was stinky (bathroom ventilation problems) and thick grey mold growing. Bunch of junk in the wore out old kitchen. Checkin was uncertain till the last minute. I’ll never stay there again. ”

“Units Wifi did not work even when property manager came to help connect. When you walk in the room, mold smell hits your nose immediately and there was mold all around the bathtub. Blanket smelled like it hadn't been washed from the previous renter, pillow had spots of blood on it. Private beach is a 8-10 minute walk, this building is not beachfront. I would not recommend staying at this location”

“セミダブル２台のはずが、セミダブルい1台とシングル1台でした。 シャワーが使えず、蛇口からのお湯で対応。 ゴキブリ、部屋にあるモップから納豆臭。 周りの環境やスタッフの対応の良さを考えるととても残念です。近隣にホテルもあるので同額程度なら２度とコンドミニアムは利用しません。”

“I honestly don’t know where to begin. First of all, this is NOT a one bedroom unit. It’s a studio. You don’t get to build a completely see-through glass sliding door and call it a one bedroom simply because the living room and bedroom are now separated by that see through glass wall. Bugs, leaky showers, loose bathroom tiles… had to call maintenance just to get my laundry out of the washing machine… furniture was very old and VERY uncomfortable… laminate missing in the kitchen, dirty dishes… I……
