"The historical building is neat, and the room was clean, roomy and comfortable. It is a nice place to stay within walking distance to many attractions. The gym is huge and impressive. However, the front desk staff was not knowledgeable or friendly. Dealing with the assistant manager regarding a charge after checkout was a nightmare. She was ill-mannered and inefficient. "It’s a great hotel with wonderful staff, but there is very little within walking distance. Had hoped to do some shopping but after driving to find someplace to shop, everything was closed. If you are a hotel snob who lives on room service and the exercise room, it’s just great. "The only issue we had with this room was that our key deactivated one day early, but it was very easily remedied. I really, really loved the online check-in and check-out process so i didn't have to wait in line while they copied my ID and such. It did seem like they tried to make the stay as easy and convenient as possible. Very close to muktiple restaurants and stores. I would definitely stay there again. "

"Originally booked a queen size room with a request of 2 cribs. Upon checking in, I decided to request a king size bed and I was told by the receptionist that there’s no king size bed available. Then my friend is checking-in after me, and he asked her if she wants a king size bed. My friend and I ended up just switching keycards. Then I made a request to move the cribs to king size room. "The room was clean and the check in process was qyick and easy. The wifi was easy to connect to and i am not tech savvy but even i was able to connect my phone to the tv and watch what i wanted off of my peacock app. While you can occasionally hear people in the hall, the room overall was very quiet. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I plan on staying here again the next tjme j go to Minneapolis. "
