“Beautiful hotel overlooking the mountains. The Sunset Terrace is the perfect spot to watch the sunset while having a drink or dinner. Two large stone fireplaces in the main lobby add to the ambiance. The rooms are clean and well appointed. There are several restaurants to choose from, including an ice cream shop and gift shops. In my opinion the only place to stay in Asheville”

“The Radical is an eclectic hotel in the River Art District of Asheville. The hotel is modern and the room was very clean. The rooftop bar is great! Not so great is the parking lot on the backside of the hotel. The road leading to the lot is unpaved and potholed and when it rains the lot becomes very muddy. Surprisingly for this type of hotel, the room did not have a recycling bin. ”

Fair, except that the software does not take credit card without a zip code, like mine (I do not reside in the US) upon calling, I was told I could come down and pay, then food will be delivered to my room. This defeats the purpose. Change your software supplier please. Second. The AC in the room is not really……

“Loved this place & its quirkiness. You definitely need to notice the fine print which I may not have fully but isn’t a true B&B. However, there are plenty of free breakfast continental items and specialty coffees and teas for your enjoyment. Self service what you want and how ever much you want. Snacks and drinks always available. Saw a staff member 1 time in almost a 2 days; however, the modern & convenient text service works fantastic!! I did have to use & got immediate responses. So you feel……

The spa treatment room is located in the fitness room, the hallway outside the treatment room is the main accesss to the restaurant for hotel guests - not as tranquil as I would……
