"This place is absolutely accommodating. I booked this hotel/room for my kids and my daughter lost her wallet on the way from Orange County to San Jose. By the time they checked in, she doesn't have any credit cards but the manager accommodated them due to unfortunate circumstance, BIG thanks to the hotel I am glad they did let my kids checked in since I was out of the country travelling. The place and room booked was very nice, clean and spacious, quiet and parking was a breeze. I would book...

"The location of this Hyatt is great for those that go to the Levi’s stadium. The front desk could be a little bit more welcoming. Only issue really was the wet floor signs are made to blend with hotel and can’t see them. I knew the floor was wet but I almost slipped walking to the front desk maybe having more mat to dry shoes by front doors could help. Other than that we love staying there. "

"Enchante is a hidden jewel. Luxury at its best; and impecably decorated. Perfection. The rooms are magnificent. We didn’t try the dinner, but the breakfast that was included is sub-par. The croissants were terrible and being a French hotel we expected something better. Overall, we will definitely return."

"Restaurant in hotel is very convenient. Ryan, the front desk agent was very accommodating and was able to check us in early to our room. He also suggested a great breakfast place down the road called "Hobees" and a few other places to visit."

"The rug in the living room was filthy. The furniture was vert uncomfortable. The tv in living room wouldnt turn on with the remote. The ac unit in living room had no knobs. "

"An adequate amount of coffee in the welcome package would have been desired along with some sort of real creamer as well as additional towels for the length of stay… Perhaps having different welcome and towel sets based on occupancy and length of stay..."

"Great initial experience, finding the block after a 12 hour flight was a challenge, directions to the block could be better. Back door leading to balcony, the lock wasn't working on it, the staff communicated with me via email very well. Told me the door lock had been examined and was fine, I'm Not convinced. Great apartment, but that made me feel unsafe. "
