"Schönes, sauerbes Zimmer. Schönes Hotel und nettes Personal. Mit dem Auto ist man auch schnell in Koblenz. Die Saunalandschaft ist toll, hat genug Angebot und sieht ebenfalls sehr gepflegt aus. Preise sind dafür auch in Ordnung. Würde wieder hier buchen."

"The hotel is a great destination for couples or adults. The swimming pool and spa areas are not suitable for children but wonderful for adults. Everything is very clean and well looked after. We stayed in one of the south-facing rooms (last minute booking) in the older part of the hotel, the rooms was comfortably furnished and a good size. "Ok place, small room without ac"

"We booked 3 rooms with air-conditioning during heatwave for multiple days. Upon arrival there was no airco. They offered us to book elsewhere at 9pm. No properties within driving distance w airco. Shower did not drain. Would not recommend. Expedia needs to be more accurate with hotel details so others don't have a similar experience."

"The schloss complex has been converted imaginatively and tastefully into a well-equipped hotel. The reception and restaurant staff were most helpful and courteous and helped to make our stay very enjoyable."

"Fantastic getaway destination for a weekend stay (and more). Hotel location is great with hikes nearby and the hotel courtyard, pool and other facilities are amazing! We had two small kids and were worried that their play and shouts might not be met with the warmest feedback but the hotel staff was super welcoming. "Really interesting Art Deco hotel in great condition. Lovely breakfast. Good bathroom and shower, comfy bed, nice and quiet. Friendly staff. Restaurant service was superb but food was a bit expensive and not to our taste - although that may be us rather than the food itself. There's a great little wine bar opposite that was wonderful for an afternoon of quaffing. I'd definitely return, given the chance."

"This is an old house made successfully into a hotel. However, it does not provide wireless access in All the rooms. (Also, in the summer, there are no fans.) The staff seems to be overworked, but they are coping well and provide a very good service."

Eerst zouden mijn hulp behoevende ouders er gaan slapen en wij in onze camper op de camping ernaast. Wij wilden dan graag samen ontbijten (tegen betaling) zodat ik mijn ouders zou kunnen helpen. Dit was niet toegestaan!! Uiteindelijk kregen we pech met camper en konden wij toevallig nog een kamer krijgen in dit hotel en konden dan wel samen ontbijten. Maar meedenken is er niet bij. Door...
