"Service is top notch. Owners and staff are very friendly and aim to please. It snowed one night when we were there. Upon waking in the morning, the parking lot was plowed of course, but they even shoveled between each car! Breakfasts are wonderful. Rooms very comfortable. We enjoyed the afternoon cookies and the surprise nightcap. You cannot help but enjoy your stay. You will feel like you gained new friends/family."

"We always stay at this location when visiting KOP. It is close to everything that you can’t get bored! The only two things we didn’t like is 1.while the AC worked well, it seemed to push out dust. My allergies bothered me in the room the whole time and the day we left we noticed a coating of dust on the night stands which I wiped when we checked in. 2. Our bartender the last night gave us more expensive vodka in our drinks, which we did not ask for. Our regular tab for four drinks all the other...

"Even though the property is being remodeled, we enjoyed our stay. I would give it 5 stars if they provided hand soap. I was told by staff that they are doing away with it."

"Hotel was clean and staff was very kind. The first night, there were people being loud outside the window in the parking lot. The second night, it was very difficult to sleep as there seemed to be a lot of people, partying, singing happy birthday, running, yelling, etc. Otherwise, everything was good. Glass elevators are neat. "
