"Service Front Desk could be nicer and more helpful. Seemed like we were a nuisance to them when we asked any questions. Also, they initially gave me a dirty and occupied room. You can guess my reaction when my wife and I opened the room door with the key card supplied by the front desk, just see an unmade bed with someone else's luggage and stuff all over the bed. Reaction from the front desk, it's the only one available. We waited 2 hours more to get a clean and unoccupied room to stay in. Your need to work on this kind of stuff! "

"I stayed in the most fabulous beachfront room number 200 the deck was amazing. Everything was excellent except for the continuous music that has a speaker facing the deck, private deck, and apartment."
