“We stayed for four days and three nights, and our experience was truly outstanding. From the flavorful meals to the sparkling clean pool, the well-maintained environment, and the reliable shuttle service—every detail was thoughtfully handled and exceeded expectations. The only aspect that could use improvement was the service attitude of the night shift front desk staff, who came across as less welcoming compared to the daytime team. “This was my second time staying at the Hilton Long Beach, it’s Location is idea for walking around and taking in Long Beach. The rooms are nice and clean and the staff at the front desk were nice. My only negative review is the employees at the Starbucks in the hotel, I thought they were extremely rude. ”

“Spacious. Facility is a bit old. Hygiene is good though not spotless. Staff are polite and helpful. They also have coin-operated laundry machine.”
