“We went there that night, and I was extremely dissatisfied as soon as I entered the room. I asked the hotel to change rooms, but they said they were full and couldn't change even if I was willing to pay extra. Although I was unhappy all night, it wasn't a big deal. But what happened next left me completely baffled. This hotel actually used handwritten check-in forms instead of a self-service computer system. More than ten days later, we were still receiving emails from the hotel urging us to pay……

“The room was great! Everything about the hotel was wonderful. Quick and easy check in, even though the front desk guy wasn’t too friendly. Got to see the Disneyland fireworks from our room. Next day for checkout I called the front desk for a question regarding late check out, and they said sure and we go to check out an hour later. Very overall and will stay again in the future ”

“Spacious. Facility is a bit old. Hygiene is good though not spotless. Staff are polite and helpful. They also have coin-operated laundry machine.”
