“hotel is clean and well maintained. dinner and breakfast isn't the best but not too bad either. but the staff in the hotel are really great, especially Mr Aminuddin from the restaurant. so polite and helpful, even my boy commented that he is so nice and so passionate about his work. takes my requests seriously. well done!”

“Went on a last min staycay on the weekend of 9 to 10 Jan. My family of 4 was lucky enough to get the last available Family suite. We were promptly assisted with our luggage by the staff at the reception. Check in was attended to by a smiley lady at the counter. Dennis who I think might be the manager on duty graciously allowed me to choose a complimentary cake from the hotel restaurant when he found out it was my bday which was a nice gesture. “Because I checked in very late, and they arranged a room at the end of corridor, and I wanted to change the room, but the staff said it was fully booked and it's the last room available. But I asked for another staff for help, he did change room for me. That means the previous staff didn't check for me and just didn't do more... Air conditioner is not enough, and carpet is very dirty. Will not go back this hotel again.”

“We were skeptical about the stay as this is our first time staying at Somerset. It turned out everything was perfect! The location was very convenient and central, just 5 mins walk to Legoland and the medirini mall. We had the 2 room unit and it was very spacious, clean and comfortable. It was such an enjoyable stay! ”
