「after checked in, i found that the room was not cleaned at all. Then, front desk staff came & checked the status, and let me follow her to front desk again and re-assigned a new cleaned room, no formal apologies. 」

「The staffs provided great service The room is comfy and the terrace is stunning. At midnight, some people make big noise, music near port. If you are low level of hotel rooms, you may not have good sleep.」

「The welcome was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well-equipped. I liked that the towels were already in place and not just folded on the bed. There was no water on the room - but I found out later that there was a water tap in the corridor. And no water in the coffee machine - which had no clear instructions. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I liked the decor and layout of the room and the shower was excellent. If I return to Toulon I will try to stay here. 」
