「I booked a 3-night break at this hotel it is very unique and clean the grounds are amazing with statues and waterfall and other water features I've never seen it like this anywhere else I've stayed As everyone knows I read the reviews for this hotel before arriving, the reviews are very average so I was a little apprehensive however I didn't need to worry the hotel is large it's clean the staff are very friendly in all departments also if you're not sure about anything the staff are...

「Accommodation was well maintained and clean. Ther is no onsite manager an entry is by keypad. I did not receive the code for the property 48 hours before check in. So I emailed CIH. Despite having booked and paid in full on Expedia I was told I must pay a local charge and the cleaning fee before being given the code to access the property. This felt like a scam. I contacted Expedia and eventually was advised to pay the extra (250 euro). The property is great but beware the extra charges.」

「Nice spacious room with good bathroom, all very clean. Good range of food which was different every day we stayed, also very suitable for kids. Very tasty dishes and plenty to try. Drinks available on AI were also good. Splash pools good for kids, varied sizes of slides. Only issue was the 'reserving' of sunbeds for hours on end - people put towels etc out at breakfast then not seen for hours and there was none available for us normal people that hadn't done that. Good entertainment but...
