"Hi All, We have a wonderful stay and the vegetarian meals for the two days were sumptuous and interesting. Room was clean and the servers at the restaurant were extremely polite and helpful. However, it would be nice if shuttle service can be provided during winter from the train station. "

"Staying here was a great experience. Relaxing in our private onsen while looking out at the mountain and city was stunning. Our other favorite part was the dinner - our server was so amazing with us and compliments to the chef for preparing the delicious food. As foreigners, it was our first time trying some of these foods, and we enjoyed most of it. Thank you!"
