“Very small (but beautiful) rooms. Not much storage in ours. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and the staff was very friendly. Easy access to transportation. Great location for food, the park, the river, and the art museum. ”

“The carpet is nasty dirty in the room. I was afraid to walk on it without shoes. There was an upolstered chair in the room that was black with stains. Also the curtains were covered in a thick, filthy dust; they look as they were not cleaned for decades. A very disappointing Hilton property.”

“The hotel is absolutely beautiful. From the moment we arrived, Theresa at the front desk was customer service personified. She made us feel as though we were the only guests in the hotel and truly set the tone for a wonderful stay.
We also spent time at Sophia’s, where Raye was our bartender. She is fantastic—friendly, attentive, and an absolute pleasure. She made our evenings at the bar even more enjoyable.
Highly recommend!”
