"We had an amazing stay here in Bruges. Bed was super comfortable, we loved all of the amenities, the location can’t be beat, and everyone working here was friendly & efficient. The hotel is older but it is a historic building which we love. It made us feel as though we were staying during a time long ago. Afternoon Tea was wonderful. We would definitely stay again if we ever return to this beautiful city."

"The Crowne is centrally located on a square that is a short distance to the main market square. The hotel service was excellent and the room was clean. Parking is located on site in a lower garage. Be sure to check out the archeological area in the basement below the lobby. "

"The best service in a hotel, I met the front desk Aminima and Susana and they were so welcoming! The best in Bruges. Would highly recommend this hotel. The split unit made some noises but was working. the bathroom was renovated and very beautiful. "

"Nice room and friendly staff. However, the access to this property from the train station is very confusing. Better signage directing guests to the hotel would be helpful. It was also confusing on where guests were to go with waiting on taxi pick up."
