Warm, cozy and great location (it only takes less than 5 mins walking distance from St. Austell station, 10 mins walk to town centre) it's like going home as owner was friendly and warm, deco was warm and lovely, and most of all, home cooked and wide choice of breakfast was magnificent. I believe it is the worthiest place to stay with all these and amazingly low pricing charged. Big thumb up and highly recommended.」

The room and hotel are immaculate and very luxurious. The Sunday dinner was wonderful as was the breakfast. Very high quality ingredients. The staff were very attentive. A very relaxing stay.
