“Communal areas in the hotel were stylish, comfortable and immaculately kept. Staff are an asset, absolutely every single one of them appeared to want to be there and make your stay as special as possible. Breakfast was lovely, great choice, local produce and all freshly prepared. We stayed in a "Cosy Double" - room 10 - we knew it would be small (and it really was) so I can't really complain about that but I have to say it wasn't very well kept. “A B&B that I will definitely stay again whenever I visit St. Austell. Warm, cozy and great location (it only takes less than 5 mins walking distance from St. Austell station, 10 mins walk to town centre) it's like going home as owner was friendly and warm, deco was warm and lovely, and most of all, home cooked and wide choice of breakfast was magnificent.
