“My wife and I spent a weekend at the Pfister for a wedding celebration (off property). Our room was impeccably clean and the paragon of modernity: the bathroom had more electronics than our home entertainment system! From our window on the 22nd floor we could see the lake and Summer Fest festivities. Customer service is outstanding across the entire property. The location is excellent - 3 blocks from the lake front which is fabulous. The Art Museum is fantastic! I highly recommend this……

“This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.”

“Was okay, nothing special. Since I’m not 21 I called to make sure I could check in, was told it would be no problem. When we got there I was asked if anyone that was 21 would be checking in, I told her no and that I had called before hand and was told it would be no problem. She had to go talk to her manager, we were able to stay but I felt communication between staff may not be very good. Just glad we didn’t have to find a different hotel during summer fest.”
