"A little bit dated but ok"

"I like the fact it gave resort vibes. The staff was friendly. Only one complaint. I was charge for two cars for 3 nights and I didn't drive. The reservationist took care of it during my check out "

"Overall a good hotel.just wish there was more parking available to guest.and in 2024 with how far we have came with Tech I expected them to have USB charging ports built into their lamps but being this is a older property it is good and you can tell it’s been renovated at some point."

"This is a lovely property in a wonderful area. There is tons of shopping and dining options all within walking distance. Nice bar in the hotel as well. My only complaint is that I had really lumpy/bad pillows on the bed. I know… not huge deal. "

"The hotel is clean and comfortable despite showing some signs of wear and tear. Every staff member i encountered but one was above and beyond helpful and seemed concerned about me, my group, and our stay. Do not be fooled by the fact that they promote a fancy restaurant. Food is very limited and truthfully, not very good. Mass produced elsewhere and then not prepared with any love on site. Again, the staff is wonderful, the rooms are clean. "

"Nice to stay within the park. Easy walk to trails. Wasn’t aware that we needed to pay the $20 entry fee to get to the hotel. We were provided a pass for the rest of our time there. Beds were comfortable."

"Angel and the other sweet lady up front 4/27 was the best!! So sweet and such great attitudes! The gym is the BEST gym I’ve ever seen in a hotel!! It was too cold to use the pool but it looked to be open. The room was amazing and the bed was very comfortable. I love the convenience of having Netflix/Max available on the tv instead of just a cable option. The shower pressure was perfect and the bathroom was stocked with all the essentials including qtips! I would definitely stay here again!! "

"Parking is extra, which is dumb, and breakfast is a bit pricey. Room was generally clean, not spotless, but ok."

"Property is beautiful. However they cleaning staff is using a strongly fragranced solution that gave me a headache and almost triggered my asthma. I called the front desk and they came up and said they couldn’t smell it. They offered a room on the same floor and the smell wasn’t as strong so I was moved to that one. This is not the place to stay if you have Asthma or fragrance sensitivity. The hotel should have the cleaning staff stop using such a strong smelling cleaner. "
