「The reception staff at the front desk very nice，they remember that we needed a crib for my baby，and they also prepared chocolate cookie and water for us. the only thing I fee sad is the coffee machine in the room is broken.」

「The hotel is fantastic! The rooms were spacious (for NYC), the restaurant served delicious food and featured live jazz. Every single person we interacted with was happy, excited to be there, and ready to accommodate our needs. It's centrally located (right next door to the Apollo!). There's no parking, but there were lots nearby that were reasonably priced (for NYC!) 」

「My sister & I celebrated my birthday by doing an overnight trip to Connecticut. We stayed at the J House Greenwich, booked a show at the Comedy Club, and had brunch at Tony’s at the J House. Upon hotel arrival we were greeted by the nicest hotel staff and complimentary Prosecco. Our room was ready a bit earlier than check in time. The room was absolutely fabulous!! Incredible clean (I’m very OCD with the cleanliness of hotel rooms and usually end up cleaning everything down to feel...

「Abbott the owner and host was very accomodating. Everything was clean and well maintained. Location is perfect. Will stay there whenever we are in the area」

「The photos of the unit were beautiful however the wear and tear on the actual property did not compare. The bathroom sink constantly leaked and because the floors were not even they stayed wet. The nightstands were broken the refrigerator would not open all the way. I also was not notified until the day of check in that the unit was on the 3rd floor and there was 2 flights of stairs just to get to the entrance to the unit.」

「I enjoyed how quiet the place was. The laundry and dryer were very useful . The kitchen could be equipped with better useful utensils for cooking. The floors were also somewhat sticky .」
