「As a historically important hotel, it is well-maintained, and I liked that the lobby and building's appearance which differentiated it from hotels in other areas, gave a very unique experience. However, it seemed that some training for the staff was necessary. I think the employee's attitude of not even looking at the customer's face when asking something at the front desk was not in line with the dignity of this hotel.」

「Hotel St Francis is one of the reasons my trip to Santa Fe was unforgettable! The staff was welcoming, and they recommended several places to eat and activities/places to visit.
The property was absolutely charming and set the Santa Fe “vibe. “
My room was clean and well equipped, and the lobby and porch areas were immaculately clean as well.
The location was perfect for the downtown/plaza area.
I highly recommend this property.」
