“La struttura che era da me prenotata, non risponde al telefono indicato, ho dovuto cercare il loro numero di telefono su internet. Alle telefonate non rispondo, ai messaggi tramite wa rispondo molto raramente, non parlano italiano ( però è indicato che è una delle lingue del hotel) , non si presentano ai messaggi, quindi non sapevo con chi comunicavo. Pessimo, ho dovuto prenotare un altro hotel perché si sono rifiutati di fare il check in! Avevo prenotato per 2 notti e io come consumatore ho……

“A nice hotel within walking distance of the centre of Tirana, but with lots of cafes, restaurants and bars close by. Rooms were large and comfortable, breakfast was reasonable. The hotel has a nice outdoor cafe area which had a nice vibe as it was used by locals as well as hotel guests. Fast wifi throughout the hotel Staff were very friendly. “Was a great place to stay to see the old town. Room was very comfortable and breakfast was amazing! Parking was down the ally and the hotel entrance was in the ally as well so was a little awkward with luggage but there was great staff to help! Would recommend it for checking out the sites of Tirana”
