"Staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is literally connected to the SCC which was SO continent for food and shopping!! Its also just a short 30 minute walk / 8 minute drive away from old town. You can also get the tram which is right outside the hotel by the mall entrance. There is even another mall right opposite outside with more food and shopping options. The room was clean, spacious and amazing views. 10/10"

"During my stay at Hotel Europe in Sarajevo, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional level of service provided by the front desk associates. Every time I needed assistance or recommendations for places nearby, they were consistently professional, courteous, and incredibly helpful. Their dedication to high standards of hospitality truly enhanced my experience. The breakfast buffet was another highlight of my stay. It offered a wide variety of delicious and highly nutritious options, including fresh fruits, hot dishes, assorted drinks, and delightful desserts. The quality and selection exceeded my expectations and provided a perfect start to each day. Overall, Hotel Europe is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Sarajevo. I had a wonderful experience and fully intend to stay there again during my upcoming visit."
