"I enquired about an upgrade to include free valet parking and was told it was not included. Later, after my 1 night stay I received an email from Expedia, stating I was entitled to free valet parking. This was disappointing "

Our accommodation was a studio suite and was well appointed with cooking facilities a small dishwasher and spacious. We would have liked a couch rather than the one chair. The pillow menu information on the bed needs to be upgraded as the 4 pillows supplied were terrible. The carpet needs to be either cleaned or replaced as it was stained in...

"The room was a very decent size for a hotel room. It was very big! The bed was king size which you don’t often find and it was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding and the food we had in the cafe was very good. Although there were woks being done in the hotel it didn’t affect us at all. The staff are very friendly and service oriented. We weren’t there long enough to enjoy the facilities and surrounding area. But would love to go back when next in Perth. "
