"Our stay was fabulous. When we arrived Juliette greeted us like a long lost friend. The hotel was beautiful and smelled so fresh and clean. The staff was amazing, our room was perfect. Spencer and Jazmine (spelling?) were so fabulous and helpful, they really made our stay wonderful. Literally staff member we encountered was lovely. Though we were not in the city center, we enjoyed the location and getting to the busier areas was an easy tram or short walk away. The hotel is in the tram free zone, however the area felt so safe and the weather cooperated, so I walked most places. I would stay here again!"

"It’s our second time here and we are still impressed. Started with the check in, very smooth and 2 friendly and helpful guys ( Cameron and sorry i didn’t get the name of the second person) at the reception. Celebrating a birthday and we were surprised with a birthday card and a cake. We had a 2 bedrooms suites and it’s very comfortable and spacious. Relaxing at the pool and jacuzzi and not to forget very well situated. Everyone was very happy and we will be back for sure. "
