"Staff were very busy which resulted in slower service and them appearing stressed. However, they were still good. This property NEEDS an adult only pool or lounge area. There were too many children everywhere. A heated pool would also be great. Overall not bad for the price. "

"This is a beautiful hotel, full of light and next to the sea. Our room had a lovely sea view and it was possible to walk into the Old Town from the hotel along the sea front and the marina. Ibiza is a little quiet in late October but it is still warm enough to swim to walk and to find good food. I thoroughly recommend the hotel and visiting Ibiza when things are at a slower pace."

"Hotel was beautifully decorated. Every staff were very friendly and all greeted you every time they saw you. I feel they go out your way to make your stay comfortable. We stayed in the grand suite. We got really good toiletries and the hotel picked us up and dropped us off at the airport since we stayed in the grand suite. You also get welcome drink on arrival too. "The proximity to the beach, number of pools, quality of the buffet food (and variety) were all pluses. A junior sweet was big enough to comfortably sleep two adults and two children. The renovated rooms were clean and modern. Things may be different if visiting during peak summer months as our trip was the last week of October or if you are looking for something close to the nightlife or actuon of Ibiza. Beach is a 5 minute walk and had beautiful clear water and again was quiet with lots of space to enjoy it. Only real downside was availability of a la carte options. We were told to book as they are busy at check in. When checking the Hotel app there was no availability for the whole week we were there. We checked this just after arrival and check in. Guest services kindly put us on a waiting list and we managed to get an early reservation at one. "
