「I stay 2 night last weekend
Today I found out my credit card be charged 535 usd, I called to the hotel, they told me because my room's TV damage, so they charge me money for that
But I “don’t”even touch the tv at all when I stay there 2 night, this is crazy just charge me for no reason, and I called the hotel , all they do just told me they are sorry for that. Said because they found out TV damage after I check out
But the fact is I never touch the TV at all , it’s sad that just assume me and...

「The house was clean that was about it. I was asked by the host to take the garbage from the last persons out, pretty sure thats why theres a cleaning fee. The kids games rooms dont actually come with games every thingnis extra. Communication with persons at the property were terrible and unprofessional. At one point the property also advertised free waterpark acess but theres no water park. (I have pictures of proof.)」
