“Very bad, old and dirty!!! This hotel is totally ruined my holiday. When I first arrived, I hope I can do a fast check in and order some food at the room because it is late. But the food is really disgusting. Also, the room cleaning service is awful and slow. I called front desk I need a room cleaning service, meanwhile I can get some food at the hotel. But when I finished my lunch. It took me an hour, but when I go back to my room, they don’t even start. After they finished the cleaning, there……

“A lot of positives but this is not a true 5 star experience in its current state, particularly on the aspects of cleanliness and service. The room itself was very nice, renovated, clean, and the bed was super comfortable. However, the common bathrooms in the lobby and near pool are quite rundown and smelled terribly which immediately dampened the experience. They also still need to work out kinks with check-in process, knowledge of staff on property / check in process, the speed, organization……

“Service was really terrible this stay because 20% gratuity is automatically added to everything. Management will take no complaints. My spa treatments were almost half the time booked for and I was told they did everything they could and finished early. They can always repeat massage moves over for smaller people. Room service menu has changed with limited selection. Hot tub was body temp only and pool did not seem heated. It is beautiful property and spa. For almost a grand a night with fees……

“We had an excellent stay and even held our wedding ceremony on the property- it was a beautiful location for photos! We dined at both on-site restaurants, and we were especially blown away by the food and service at MAASS. The caviar and chips were incredible, and we couldn’t get enough of the fresh tuna. Overall, both the service and food were outstanding, and we will definitely stay again.”
