"We loved our stay! Excellent location, near heaps of restaurants, massage places, bars and shops. Hotel is beautiful, modern, with a comfortable room and bed, with automatic blackout blinds and awesome views of the city. Well known for its outstanding onsen and spa facilities - need to book in advance even if a guest. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, steam room and sauna facilities next to the gym. Highly recommend!"

"Pool area lovely, some beds in shade for much of the morning so go early. Tv very modern, has apps for Netflix etc or casting from phone. Bed’s comfortable and bathroom good. The extras Expedia promises were never given though ai asked for room upgrade when checking in. Last hotel did this without us requesting "
